<p><strong>Extreme Weight Loss Tip 1: </strong>Avoid eating carbohydrates if you want some quit weight loss&#8230; right?</p>
<p>Wrong.</p>
<p>If you want to lose weight, you should cycle your calories (or carbohydrates). But cutting them out is not a good solution at all for long term weight loss.</p>
<p><strong>Make no mistakes &#8211; </strong>you will lose weight if you cut out carbs, and you&#8217;ll lose it with a quickness. However, you will, without a doubt, gain the weight back.</p>

<p>Make a top 10 list of diet strategies you’d like to try, and that sound doable to you. At this point add one new diet strategy to your life for two weeks. Record your bodyweight at the beginning of the two weeks and again at the end. If you haven’t lost any weight this strategy doesn’t work (for you). Discard it and move on to the next one.</p>
<p>This is the simplest way to tell if something will work for YOU. If the strategy you picked sounds like a good idea but seems too difficult for you to manage then it’s simply not a good fit for you in this stage of your life. If it worked for your friend but not for you that’s ok, there will be one that works just for you, this is why you make a top 10 list and try each of them, one at a time.</p>
<p>Let’s suppose you find one that works over a two week period and you don’t want to stop. That’s fine, just add the next one in the list, if you can handle more than one strategy at once more power to you and you’ll probably lose fat even faster. My guess is that sticking to more than one or two rules will be almost impossible, so it will be pretty easy to tell which strategy is really working.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Fat loss does not have to be difficult, especially if you have a few tricks up your sleeve.  By this I don&#8217;t mean I would ever want you to take a dangerous, radical approach to your fat loss but only one that would be healthy and prove great results at the same time.</p>
<p>I have had many clients, friends and family members ask me,<em> &#8220;Isabel, is there a way I can drop my first few pounds of fat quickly and easily?&#8221; </em> Yes, there is.  It will require a few dietary changes on your part, but the results are incredible.  I have had hundreds of people use these tips with great success, easily losing their first 10-15lbs of unwanted fat.</p>
<p><strong>Here are my 3 Simple and Easy Fat Loss Rules:</strong></p>
<p>1. Don’t eat anything that is white. Name every single food that is white and chances are you shouldn’t be eating it: bread, pasta, crackers, most cereals, flour based products, white potatoes, white rice, and pasteurized dairy and cheese are all no-no&#8217;s during this time.  (Healthy foods like cauliflower, chicken, turkey, fish, white pork are all exceptions to this rule).</p>
<p>2. Only drink water, NOTHING else! How about coffee? Just to keep any possible withdrawal headaches at bay, one small cup of organic black coffee. Can you add half and half?…Well is it white?  Drink a minimum of 1/2 of your bodyweight in ounces of water each day (ex. If you weigh 200 lbs, you need to drink 100 ounces) to really see the fat fall off.</p>
<p>3. Don’t eat anything with the word wheat in the ingredients list. What if it’s whole wheat? Look, if the word starts with W and ends in T and has the letters h e a in between, you can’t eat it.  This includes bread, pasta, crackers and cereal.  Many packaged snack foods also contain wheat so be sure to <a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/redirect?link_code=ur2&amp;camp=1789&amp;tag=credit0c-20&amp;creative=9325&amp;path=external-search%3Fsearch-type=ss%26keyword=diet%26index=books"  class="alinks_links" onclick="return alinks_click(this);"  style="padding-right: 13px; background: url(http://thedietresource.com/wp-content/plugins/alinks/images/external.png) center right no-repeat;" title="" rel="external">read</a><img class="amazon_image" src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=credit0c-20&amp;l=ur2&amp;o=1" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" /> the ingredients list carefully.</p>
